Your data
Delete your account
You can delete your Fitoon account yourself, from inside the app, in a few taps. Your account closes immediately and your personal details are deleted. If you no longer have the app, email us and we will do it for you.
In the app
Export first (optional)
Settings → Your data → Export saves a JSON and CSV copy of your profile, weights, scans, meals and chat history to the Files app.
Cancel Plus or Pro if you have it
Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Open iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → Fitoon → Cancel.
Open Settings in Fitoon
Tap the gear icon on the status card in your room.
Tap Delete account
It is at the bottom of Settings. Confirm when asked. Your account closes immediately.
